Return Policy

• We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days and offer an exchange, or gift card when an exchange has not been requested, on all garments returned within 28 days.
• Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be refunded via gift card.
• Any items returned after 28 days will be refused and returned to you.
• You can return your purchase within 21 days of delivery date.
• We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
• Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking/repackaging fee for items sent back that need to be repacked and/or pressed/steamed before restocking.
